Main Duty and Responsibility

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, arrange and confirm appointments

  • Set up and maintain filing systems

Main Duty and Responsibility

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Setup President’s travel and calendar arrangements.

  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

Main Job and Responsibility

  • Organize and supervise the implementation of the general accounting in accordance with accounting principles.

  • Preparing and organizing with Subsidiaries Company for Audit activities.
  • Evaluating and preparing comments from audit findings

Main Job and Responsibility

  • Organize and supervise the execution of the organization event to ensure continuity throughout the company a positive image of the external stakeholders
  • Conduct, control and Evaluate all external communication for giving information of company actually and quickly
  • Conduct, monitor and evaluate the relationship with the institution of Civil Government  / TNI / Polri / community related to the formation of strategic relationships that provide positive benefits for the company in the long term.

  • Monitor and analyze the movement value of the stock, trading activity and stock market conditions.

Legal Officer (LO)

Main Duty and Responsibility

  • Coordinating the provision of legal expertise support in the preparation stage of the cooperation contract, studies and legal opinions in cases related to
  • Provide legal opinion and comment on the proposed contract agreement from the related functions.
  • Analyze International Law for supporting the contract preparation with Multi National Company both domestic and broad.
  • Evaluate and analyze the suitability of the implementation of regulations, laws and legal implementation of the company in accordance with the applicable legal rules to minimize disputes that may arise from violations of the rules.
  • Implementing and evaluating the management of civil cases for claims of third parties including the preparation of the lawsuit, Reply, closing argument, conclusion, calling of witnesses, Conduct for Letter of Authorization from the Board of Directors and Collecting Evidence.

Qualification and Skill :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
