To support our business partner we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and professional individuals, to fill the following position: Customer Relation Management Supervisor/Assistant Manager (CRM) Job Summary : * Provide the socialization schedule to all employee by giving them socialization session, flyer, brochure etc., to ensure that all employee know & understood about their insurance benefit including limit benefit, procedure and exclusion. * Do regular evaluation to the client to absorb their need, complaint & most inquiries question and giving them the solution/explanation. * Monitoring, coordinating and controlling PIC client within specific administrative guidelines and procedures Job Requirements : * Bachelor degree, preferably from Medical related area * Have experience 1 – 3 years as customer service or customer relation in insurance company * English proficiency and Computer literate * Customer service capability and negotiation skill * Knowledge of health Insurance and medical * Willing to travel throughout Indonesia * Can work under pressure Should you fulfill the above criteria, we invite you to meet the challenge by forwarding your complete application and recent photograph no later than 2 weeks after the publication date to: hr.services@allianz.co.id (Please write the position code in your email subject)
