Secretary (SEC)
Main Duty and Responsibility
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Maintain schedules, calendars, arrange and confirm appointments
- Handle incoming mail, telephone and other material
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Qualifications and Skill

Main Duty and Responsibility
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Setup President’s travel and calendar arrangements.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
- Prepare and maintain President’s expense report.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system and other duties as assigned
Qualification and skill

Main Duty and Responsibility
- Planning and evaluating the man power need to ensure that fulfillment accordance with requirement
- Controlling and directing the implementation of regulations that maintain a working relationship between workers with companies both in the form of Company Regulations or Collective Labor Agreement to set a harmonious industrial relations
- Implementing and controlling the procedure of the office and general office administration.
- Planning and conducting the training and development programs for workers to support corporate activities
- Managing and conducting the Performance Appraisal System Program for all employee accordance company goals.
- Conducting and controlling remuneration program for employee based on performance and competency for supporting company goal.
Qualification and Skill :
- Minimum bachelor degree in related program

Finance Officer / Accountant (FAO)
Main Job and Responsibility
- Organize and supervise the implementation of the general accounting in accordance with accounting principles.
- Preparing data and conduct draft of company’s financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations to be conducted in time
- Preparing and organizing with Subsidiaries Company for Audit activities.
- Evaluating and preparing comments from audit findings
- Organize and supervise the implementation of tax payments from the company, employees and third parties to comply with applicable tax regulations.
- Prepares data and provide input to the subsidiaries in the arrange WP & B before submitted to BPMIGAS
Qualification and Skill
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Understanding Accounting process and Financial Statement report in Oil and Gas Industry
- Familiar with Tax activities including preparing payment until report for monthly and annually
- Good command of oral and written English
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance or Accounting
Public Relation Officer (PRO)
Main Job and Responsibility
- Organize and supervise the execution of the organization event to ensure continuity throughout the company a positive image of the external stakeholders
- Conduct, control and Evaluate all external communication for giving information of company actually and quickly
- Conduct, monitor and evaluate the relationship with the institution of Civil Government / TNI / Polri / community related to the formation of strategic relationships that provide positive benefits for the company in the long term.
- Manage official ceremonies, community development and cooperation with related functions also other events held by companies
- Supervise and direct the activities of documentation and publication of events both companies through print, audio visual and presentation of Press Release
Qualification and Skill
- Minimum bachelor degree in Communication

Investor Relation Officer (IRO)
Main Job and Responsibility
- Plan and develop relationships program with investors that can provide added value to the company’s shares for the long term
- Develop a long-term strategy to attract and inform investors and the market analyst in communicating corporate financial performance and operating companies.
- Monitor and analyze the movement value of the stock, trading activity and stock market conditions.
- Organize and participate in financial discussions, the meeting between analysts and shareholders with an investor conference
Qualification and Skill
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Can establish and maintain relationship with Shareholder and other investor
- Good command of oral and written English
- Minimum 2 years experience in Investor Relation
Legal Officer (LO)
Main Duty and Responsibility
- Coordinating the provision of legal expertise support in the preparation stage of the cooperation contract, studies and legal opinions in cases related to
- Provide legal opinion and comment on the proposed contract agreement from the related functions.
- Analyze International Law for supporting the contract preparation with Multi National Company both domestic and broad.
- Evaluate and analyze the suitability of the implementation of regulations, laws and legal implementation of the company in accordance with the applicable legal rules to minimize disputes that may arise from violations of the rules.
- Implementing and evaluating the management of civil cases for claims of third parties including the preparation of the lawsuit, Reply, closing argument, conclusion, calling of witnesses, Conduct for Letter of Authorization from the Board of Directors and Collecting Evidence.
Qualification and Skill :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Familiar with Business law and all aspect related
- Good command of oral and written English
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same background
