Pencurian Batubara Indonesia oleh Malaysia


Pencurian Besar Terungkap … Malaysia Mencuri Batu Bara Indonesia Melalui Terowongan Bawah Tanah Dan Itu Sudah Terjadi Selama Bertahun – Tahun – Malaysia diduga telah mencuri batubara di kawasan Sintang, Kalbar sejak 1999-2008. Hal itu terjadi karena tambang Malaysia di Sarawak di perbatasan telah menjorok ke darat wilayah Sintang, Kalbar Indonesia.

Dugaan eksploitasi batubara itu terjadi di Bukit Selantik Kawasan Kelingkang, Desa Jasa kabupaten Sintang, Kalbar. Aktivitasnya sudah berlaku sejak 1999 – 2008. Padahal lokasi itu sudah sering disurvey sebagai lahan potensi batubara oleh Indonesia tapi hingga kini belum ada eksploitasi.

Diam diam Malaysia sudah lama melakukan eksploitasi di dekat lokasi tersebut, namun operasionalnya berada di kawasan negaranya yang berbatasan langsung dengan Sintang. Kecurigaan itu bermula ketika banyak petugas keamanan melakukan penjagaan ketat di dekat wilayah Kranggas Gayau Sarawak Malaysia yang tepat berseberangan dengan Bukit Selantik, Sintang. Padahal di tempat itu hanya terhampar perkebunan sawit.

Tabir itu terkuak berkat seorang pemuda Indonesia yang menjadi TKI di Malaysia kebetulan ikut bekerja di tempat perkebunan sawit. TKI tersebut memiliki saudara sepupu yang sudah menjadi warga Malaysia dan bekerja di lokasi tambang batu bara itu. Ia terkejut ketika melihat sebuah terowongan besar yang menghubungkan antara Kranggas, Malaysia dengan desa Jasa, wilayah Indonesia. Jadi menurut keterangan dua pemuda itu, terowongan besar menghubungkan daerah perbatasan untuk mengangkut batubara.

Menanggapi hal tersebut, gubernur Kalbar Cornelis telah kirim surat kepada Mendagri dan meminta segera investigasi terhadap laporan masyarakat di Desa Jasa, Ketungau Hulu, kabupaten Sintang. “Pemerintah Malaysia bisa diprotes Indonesia jika benar ada dugaan pencurian kawasan tambang batubara di Kabupaten Sintang. Kalau batas negara dilanggar, tembak saja,” tegas Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (KSAD) Jenderal TNI George Toisutta, Jumat (2/7) seperti dikutip surya.co.id.

Jenderal George Toisutta menegaskan hal tersebut saat peresmian Markas Komando Daerah Militer (Kodim) XII Tanjungpura di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Pihaknya akan segera mengecek kebenaran informasi warga Kalbar tersebut. Surat pengaduan itu juga telah dikirim ke pemerintah pusat dan berharap agar segera disikapi serius atas pengaduan masyarakat mengenai dugaan tambang batubara Malaysia yang sudah masuk wilayah Indonesia.
